Included the changes/made it compatible with nexusmods' 0.6.3 update to Script Merger that fixes a new incompatibility issue with the latest/testing version of Vortex (SM not expecting to find lines starting with "VK=" (VortexKey) in the game's mods.settings file).

Fixed bug where custom mod load order priority set through a patched script merger was being ignored by the game.
