   In case anyone is wondering: Yes, this works with the nextgen update (tested with game version 4.01) - but only for crafting. Can't dismantle or remove upgrades without an armorer or blacksmith.

   Would it be possible to make a version that restricts crafting to not being able to make armors/weapons without a Smith? I mean being able to break down and combine base items is fine but being able to craft armor and weapons makes finding the master Smith pointless.
   
   I haven't installed yet but if it does do this ignore my comment.

   Can you break items down with this? And I agree with charon711, that would make it a tad more balanced.
