Ok, I'll ask there too. Just figured the author of this mod would know since the BiA team usually ask permission from mod authors to incorporate their mods.
Answered by paulr0013: "Yes, these are the same (although BiA fixed it in a different manner that has less potential for conflict with other mods). Therefore, no, you do not need that other mod if you use BiA."
Do you know where that wiki actually got that number from or was it just something someone added randomly or took from a mod like Ghost Mode or Enhanced Edition? If you check that page's comments people are complaining about the reward being missing since at least March 2016. I would obviously change it from 20 to 25 crowns if that value actually existed in previous versions of the game and got bugged in later versions, or if it only existed in official/printed strategy guides. But if 25 is just another arbitrary value a modder came up with for their mod or a wiki editor to fill out a page with I don't see much of a point to changing it.
Huh, didn't know there are different wikis for Witcher 3 other than the one I linked. Seems that's just a wild guess from the editor from the looks of it. Thanks, you learn something new everyday.

"Fixed "Missing in Action" Dune not giving reward."
For instance this other wiki says 20 crowns: https://thewitcher3.wiki.fextralife.com/Missing+in+Action.
Edit: I also just checked the prima guide and it doesn't state a value.
