   Hello, there are mods Tris TW2 already created, only there you need to correct the color of the scalp and neck, and then you will get a full Tris TW2 (here are the mods http://modgames.net/load/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt/replejsery/witcher_2_triss_merigold/447-1-0-23057 https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/users/39086240?tab=user+file) sorry for my bad english

      The first of those mods you mention doesn't even have ears iirc. This one looks like a more decent effort at least...though she looks fatter now imo

      Maybe the ears are missing in the mods that I’ve pointed out, but this flaw hides the hair and the most important face there is Tris TW2 and it is much better than the changed lips and hairstyle

      Well feel free to use or fix those mods. This however takes a different approach, preserving the higher quality of the Witcher 3 mesh, the higher quality textures and an ambient map which Witcher 2 didn't have for characters at all :)
      
      Edit: perhaps you should download and see the mod yourself before judging it
