   This is already fixed in the latest FCR3 for me. I checked ingame before and after, and I get 10% crit chance.

      I confirm. I either verify inside XML files and the katakan Decoction does increase 10% critical chance in FCR3 lastest version.

   Which version is of FCR3 is this for?
   
   Im using "FCR3 main file Nitpicker's Patch compatible" with "FCR3 Reduced Loot package compatible with Friendly Hud".
   (Also using Friendly HUD and all Quest Objectives but did a manual merge instead of using FCR3's compatibility file.)

      Compatible with the latest version of FCR3. It doesn't matter if ur using a patch for other mods, as far as i know.

   It seems the mod is a tweak rather than a bug fix.
   In game tooltip & TW3 wiki says 5% increase in critical chance.

      Its a fix for mod "FCR3", NOT VANNILA GAME. The original author says the mod will change Katakan Decoction effect from 5% to 10%, but he forgot to change it anyway.

      Then it should be specified on the description page or in 'requirements' section, otherwise it's confusing, even though it's in the mod's name
