From what I understand, using STLM version while using the STLM weather mod is pointless. It's like installing the same thing twice. So your choices are: 1. Using STLM version (without STLM mod installed) - this to have the flare effect from STLM mod without actually installing the whole STLM weather mod. 2. Using Non-STLM version (with STLM mod installed) - this to overwrite the flare effect from STLM. 3. Using Non-STLM version (without STLM mod installed)
This is a beautiful mod, but it's definitely causing an issue with the lighting. When exiting a cutscene it takes about 5 seconds for the lighting to return to normal, the effect also happens occasionally in gameplay too. It's definitely this mod, as if I remove it the issue no longer occurs. I'm not using any other lighting mods either. Is there any chance you would look into this, as the mod is otherwise perfect!
gotta say im impressed, i have some caviats though. i play on true HDR and the light gets blown out so i want to tone it down is this possible in the files?
in the night , after dialogs in rooms with candles/lights, u have bad transition of lighting and suddenly after dialog ends the lights change color and room become darker. Removing this mod, fixed it in NEXT GEN

I am using STLM (+Wild Hunt Re-Engaged reshade)...do I need this mod? and if yes, which version, 4k or stlm?
