This breaks the game, though. It becomes an exploring game. I wouldn't play death march if I wanted an easy game! The description made it sound awesome, because humans are indeed unbelievably OP in this game, but in practice they become made of glass and you're one hitting humans of your same level or higher way to frequently. I guess it does add to realism sometimes, as in the case of bandits, but I was just doing the tourney quest in Toussaint and I was one hitting knights in full armor! Also, you're one hitting same level monsters way too frequently. Even harder monsters such as griffins (I play with Random Encounters) became way too easy. I love the concept, but not the execution. The exact same mod but not as drastic and only affecting humans would be something I'd like to get my hands on. Hopefully you read this even though it's been 2 years!
I've not used ghost mode myself, though you're welcome to try. This literally just reduces certain npcs health, so theoretically compatible, potentially needing overwrites. I can't speak to balance though, as like I say, I've not tried ghost mode :)
Hey! I finally got around to adding this awesome mod to my 50-ish mods already installed (including Ghost Mode) and there were zero scripts to merge. You probably know this, but I thought that I'd post it for modding noobs like myself. ?
I think the same. I understand Griffin has high hp, but is not realistic that simple bandits make me feel like im dueling vs darth vader. Thats why i changed some sliders on W3EE, because its ridiculous that a simple farmer has a 50% chance to block a witchers attack
Does this mod work with enhanced edition? The hp ammount of enemies and block chance is very unrealistic
