It is a mod that was created on the basis of Dettlaff's face. Geralt takes over the eyes and black hair. The mod is compatible with the game base and additions. Scar, shaving, facial hair and tattoo have been added.
Mod is in beta phase so errors may appear. This is my first mod for The Witcher 3. In my opinion, hair from Olgier Hair's mod fits perfectly: https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2749

In the main files of The Witcher 3, create a Mods folder and copy the downloaded file to it

Jest to mod który został stworzony na podstawie twarzy Dettlaffa .Geralt przejmuje karnacje oczy i czarne włosy. Mod jest kompatybilny z podstawą gry jak i dodatkami. Została dodana blizna, golenie, zarost i tatuaż.
Mod jest w fazie beta więc mogą pojawiać się błędy. Jest to mój pierwszy mod do The Witcher 3 . Według mnie idealnie komponują się włosy z moda Olgier Hair : https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2749
