I don't understand how it works. I installed the mod where only Ciri appears, then I completed the final mission with Triss in Corvo Bianco, but nothing happens afterwards.

Why not just make two versions of this mod to cater to everyone? Why make it for one group of people and ask the others to work around? Seems like an unnecessary slight.
Wait? Are you talking about this savegame or the mod? Because about the mod, there is a Triss Version. And about the savegame, you just have to change it by the console command enabler. Please download the file and read the description before posting anything.
