my personal modEqualColors for HwBeards and non HwHair (for those who use disable hw hair but not beard) It conteins: All NON hwhaircut meshes with edited colours to match HW beard redfurs in all possible lightning conditions. It doesn't include two short ones from dlc (which i don't use). It replaces vanilla's 3d (addHair3) to Holgar96's Cinematic Hair. It replaces mohawk with Craniumj's full pony. Added mod disable hw hair into it.
For the result which i'd pursued it has to be used with initial Hw beard fix mod (glb, etc) It was tested on vanilla lightning+environment calibration+no artificial cl script, don't know how it would be with plm or others. It is mergeable and it supports dlc beards aswell.
Important note for those who gonna merge: i kept everything separate cuz it's easy to merge that way. So for example: to successfully merge it you'll need to take texture mods and merge them, then after that merge those texture mods with this mesh\buffers mod.

Hey man, I know this years after release, but is there a way to get the fuller beard but keep the darker root beard color of vanilla? Or is that simply not possible? (Edit: Well, I took the time to do it myself. Good learning experience. Hope you don't mind -- I credited you in the mod, and your mod is a requirement for it to work properly.)
it is a great mod so thanks tho when i activate the HOS mark via AMM or via console ,the bumfights revert to mutton chops look also when i go to the barber or acquire the bumfights beard via console , it goes away once i activate AMM and deactivate it again, it returns to the regular growing beard
I don't understand how you have a problem. Download the files and install. Fix file should take priority over HairWorks Beard Fix mod. It's a very simple process. I deleted all my mods for you and tried again. It works fine.

Is there some way I could disable the hair physics from modEqualColors? Because I can only play at little more than 30fps. So unless I can change the physics back to normal, Geralt's hair will keep defying gravity which is quite distracting.
Nevermind, I just had to uncook the mod, delete the .w3dyng files in Geralt's hair folder, cook the mod again, and the problem was gone.
I'll patiently wait for the return of the king of Geralt appearance mods. I got too used to the way Geralt looks with all Serj's changes and couldn't play without them now. I wonder when CDPR will even release the new modkit
I have just watched Cycu's comparisson video of e3 2014 and this "next gen" version. Time stamp when Geralt goes to Johnny. Dont think he uses my mod there, so its a game bug. They f'd up the lightning/envs again. Beard becomes black in some whatever situations, hw hair color changes from head and shoulders to dull grey then yellowish. And the cherry on top as always black eyebrows. F it. Nothing to do with my mod. And I let Milos do his favorite thing on fixing the lightning of that game again. Endlessly lol
Hello. I want to thanks for sharing your awesome mods with us but after next-gen growing long beard option when the weather is rainy or beard wet whatever cause its turning black as you can see could you fix this?

В ближайшее время не планирую возвращаться к в3, занят проектом для рдр2. Да, и если в "некст-ген" лол версии не починили env освещение, то не планирую возвращаться совсем. А что там кстати с некорректностью, есть скрины?
Они поменяли HW меши, поэтому многие моды выглядят плохо. Кажется только меши бороды, ибо выходит что они мешаются между собой и выглядит люто странно.
BumFights вроде как работает, бакенбарды стали лучше. Но ColorBlend не работает. А Longer Beard делает бороду белым цветом(Я его установил еще до ColorBlend). Возможно я что то путаю, но я точно уверен что борода с вашими модами выглядела намного лучше на паст-гене, чем сейчас на некст-гене. Наскольно я понял, Nvidia HairWorks немного изменили и оптимизировали. Волосы выглядят немного по другому и просадку ФПС не вызывает. Спасибо за ответ, и удачи в других проектах.
P.S. Я надеюсь что вы все таки найдете время для апдейта мода)

Can anyone explain how to merge the umergable in scriptmerger? Author makes several mentions to merging his files...but I'm at a loss at how to do so (none of his files are mergeable in current ver. of scriptmerger as far as I can tell). Thank you for your time/help~
