I don't think your mod is working. I was having problems bundling these files with Witcher 2 Potion Length mod so I decided to take out all of my mods in my mod folder and only install this one in to see if it worked/updated the item descriptions and it doesn't. Is the mod folder possibly still messed up like @AndyRad said? Full Moon still shows only 300 point increase, Black Blood is still only 15% dmg returned, etc. The specific message that Script Merger says is:

I use some of your other mods such as balanced decoctions and upgrades and they have all worked fine and merged well with other mods so I'm not understanding why this particular one isn't...
It wasn't that quick, but you're welcomed anyway :) It was strange, I uploaded the correct file like 3 times and Nexus kept showing the old file which didn't work. I had to change the version to 1.1 to get it to work.
Do you have any plans of rebalancing decoctions? Most of them I find useless, it would be interesting if you do something about it. Thank you for all your mods!
I did want to, but unfortunately decoction effects are much more difficult to change. The mods so far were only a matter of changing the value, but for decoctions I would need to change their effect. I'm assuming it's possible but it would take too much time.

Edit: Ok so I re-uploaded the file and for some reason Nexus keeps displaying the old file... I've removed it and uploaded again. Try now.
