Version 1.1
Changed mod file name to "modD001_MasterTraining". The reason for this is because I'm planning on releasing a "modular" overhaul, and some modules need to be loaded in a specific order. My mods moving forward will adhere to the naming scheme "modD00[number]_[ModName]
Fixed a couple of bugs where the "level 0" version of special abilities didn't calculate their effects correctly, under very specific conditions.
Re-wrote some code to be condensed into a single line instead of several lines. Not only is this more efficient, but potentially should help Script Merger auto-merge most mods without conflicts.
Re-wrote some English strings for all special abilities, so that you can actually see the bonuses of upgrading from a "level 0" ability to it's first rank.

Added arrow deflection as a base ability, HOWEVER, enabling this ability essentially makes the first rank of the skill useless, and therefore some changes were made to fix that.
Unskilled arrow deflection has a 12% chance to FAIL, and the incoming arrow will hit you.
Unskilled arrow deflection consumes 2x more stamina on a successful deflect.... If you don't have enough stamina while blocking, arrow deflection will fail.
Skill description for Arrow deflection has been changed, BUT, currently only supports English language. (I only know English)
Investing points into Arrow deflection will reduce stamina consumption, and the first rank of arrow deflection removes the 12% chance to fail.
Rank 1 of Arrow deflection allows Geralt to shoot them back at enemies (if perfectly timed)
Rank 2 increases damage of reflected arrow by 50% and further decreases stamina consumption
