I tried this mod yesterday (specifically the E3 Friendly Hud merge; can confirm it works even if i have the latest version of the Friendly Hud installed) and dedicated the entire day to making it work alongside my 2 two other mods: All quest objectives on map and Slots Slots Slots. I experienced a lot of frustrating script errors and bugs so to everyone who wants to use these 3 mods but still cant get it to coexist with each other, here's how i managed to FINALLY solve all the conflicts.

Okay, Step 1 is make sure you DOWNLOAD ALL THE NECESSARY PATCHES. Most of the time this is the reason for script errors and I still kept getting these errors even after installing the Unification patches and base scripts so I went and tried the Community Patches Base along with the Bootstrap mods: registry and worldmap support (there is a detailed instruction on how to properly install these one by one either in the description or in the post section). So, with these patches I got less than the script errors that I usually get and most of these are just from my 3 conflicting mods.
Overall, these are the patches you might want to install to avoid getting the same script errors in this specific order:
Community Patch Base
Bootstrap unmodified worldmap support (helpful if you're using All quest objectives and Colored map markers with E3 Hud)
Bootstrap registry
Unification base scripts (unsure if it has any effect since i got this first before community patches and bootstrap but the game is still working even if its still in my modE3Hud folder so I just kept it)
So, Step 2 is follow the instructions on installing E3FHUD and delete all the conflicting files in both E3hud and FHud folders. In addition to these conflicting files, I also deleted the 2 MAPMENU.WS files in the E3FHUD merged folder so that the map is reverted back to the vanilla one which makes the All quest objectives mod finally show up on my world map. Hooray! That's one conflicting mod down and just one more to go.

Last Step is use Script merger to merge the other mods. Somehow, after following all the prior steps correctly I got the SSS mod working on the now vanilla character menu after successfully merging it with E3HUD when before I was unable to merge them. I also made sure to set SSS slot as top priority so it will be loaded before E3HUD either manually (edit the mods.settings) or in Script Merger. Be aware that if you mess up the merging process but still continued on merging the other mods, chances are some mods will refuse to merge with the merged files so make sure you set the priority of the conflicting mods properly before merging them with the other less priority mods
What I did was not exactly a solution but a pretty helpful workaround. Since Im using a ps4 controller, I mapped the touch pad using DS4 Windows to multiple inputs like whenever i press or swipe in any direction it'll instantly take me to a tab of my choosing so that I dont have to see that buggy menu that I dont have any more patience to fix. Its pretty simple to use DS4 Windows but lemme know if anyone needs help or if anyone has questions, Ill be glad to assist.

Is there a way to do this in Next-Gen-version (v4)? I have the bootstrap and the bootstrap registry. The other two should be included in the next Gen update and are explicitly "not required" when using next-gen, according to their mod page. I'm using only the SlotsSlotsSlots-Mod, not the FriendlyHud. Even though I do not get any Merge-Conflicts with Script-Merger between SSS and E3Hud, I cannot compile the game.

Just give higher priority to your font mod by renaming your "modfontViet" to "mod0FontViet" for instance. The game reads the mods by alphabetically order.

Note: Im using a Reshade called Medieval from Real Graphic Suite which is why the images look darker and less colorful and vibrant than it should
