To install the mod you have extract the file and place it in your mods folder.
For the mod menu to show up you have to place this file
"modNoReactMenu.xml" to this folder \The Witcher 3\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc
After that you have to copy paste this text "modNoReactMenu.xml;" inside the files "dx11filelist.txt"
or "dx12filelist.txt" depending on which dx version you are using. (Alternatively you can use the Menu Filelist Updater which makes things much easier for you.)
