   Would love to use this but I really don't want to go through the extra steps just to install. Can't you just make this a mod folder install only? kinda like Turbolighting did?

      I don't think it's possible because ReShade is a separate Program and not really part of the game.

   Please upload decent Screenshots of your mod with a higher quality / lower compression. I can barely check the differences with that level of compression artifacts...

      I didn't add any texture mod or anything like that so a higher quality image won't make any difference aside from making it unnecessarily load longer.
