Wanted to thank you for your mod. I've been trying to tweak my own .cfg file with great difficulty. Yours was not exactly what I wanted but was darned close, so I used most of your settings in my own configuration. Biggest issue I wanted to take care of was the excessive yellow/red. Nice work!
Thank you, i tried many setting combos to dim down that harsh reddish/yellow hues, though initially it didn't look bad, my eyes couldn't handle it.. i just recently downloaded my file and looks like the settings were a little off though, looked way too dark.. share your settings please! I haven't played this game in a while, got hooked on ESO. I'm going to give this awesome game another shot soon..
And again, the Before looks better than the After. Why are there so many of these on the Nexus? Can we get some real mods that add value please, instead of someone's monitor brightness settings?
And again, another subjective opinion, if you are so unhappy about the lack of mods, then make yourself useful and take some time to contribute to the nexus mod community. I made this preset to my taste and wanted to share with everyone and get an opinion, thank you though, maybe include what you didn't like about it next time, that would also be useful. Sweetfx/Reshade is much more than brightness settings, read up on photo/video editing, there are a lot of processes involved in enhancements.
there should be a guarded treasure near by, going south of the village.. and the village was not empty for me, there were lv 16 wraiths there, but guess it would seem so after you make short work of them. lol
This looks really nice, but how does it work with various reshade mods for the witcher3? Because if they aren´t compatible, I´d have a really hard decision to take...
adding two Reshade preset files will overwrite each other or break sweetfx/reshade, even if you were able to stack presets, it most likely look disastrous lol Its like coloring a pic with crayons and then you re-color the same pic again. "FX" "preset" whatever you want to call it, the only reason it would be referred to as a preset is because you don't have to set it up yourself. duh.. Thanks you, hope you enjoy the aesthetics this modified preset brings.
great idea! thank you, I suggested to increase in game gamma if too dark for those who may not feel comfortable going in the file and converting a 1 to a 0, everyone should tweak to their liking, monitors make a worlds difference even if calibrated.

But i'm playing on a Philips TV with an hdmi cable and not on a monitor :-)
It says FX in the Title, nowhere does it indicate the mod being a reshade preset...
