Did everything correctly however there's no Presets available when I bring up the Reshade menu in game. Looks a bit darker maybe? Reinstall the reshade directly and then try it? When i go into the folder theres tons of presets that i downloaded but do not appear when in game.
Reshade Installation does not give the option to install Dx11 on a Win7 OS (64-bit in my case), only Dx10+
Furthermore:
4. Extract the files to your Witcher \bin\x64 folder and replace everything when asked
There is only an .ini file in the downloaded file, and thus nothing to overwrite. At least not for me. I understand others may already have an .ini file there, but the above suggests more files to overwrite.
Lastly: Reshade installation creates a dxgi.dll which for me results in instant crash when starting Witcher3.exe. Renaming it to d3d11.dll fixes that. Common enough issue with Reshade, not related to this Preset. Just posting it here for others in case they run into the same issue.
Heh, dropped from 30-35 FPS in Novigrad (interior; Golden Sturgeon) to below 20 using this Preset. Also makes the interior look extremely blurry, foggy, like being in a thick mist (or designated smoking area). Also gives a very blue hue/tint to the interior (but same applies to exterior).
Edit: Just to clarify I did not come here to downtalk the Preset. I think the screen shots look gorgeous and would be very keen to get those looks as well.
I will just have to toy around with settings as for me the drop in FPS is significant (but I run the game at 4K resolution, AA , AF, and many settings beyond Ultra).

Thanks
Are any other mods activated which could have caused that issue?

I think there will be no loss of performance.
