There's a new compilation error bug after Next Gen update 4.03 that's affecting FOV tweak and a bunch of other mods with the same error and also a new one about debugoverlay:
Error [content0]game\gameplay\damage\damagemanagerprocessor.ws(557): Could not find function 'ShouldAutoApplyOilImmediately'Error [content0]game\gameplay\damage\damagemanagerprocessor.ws(562): Could not find function 'ShouldAutoApplyOilImmediately'Error [content0]game\gameplay\effects\effects\other\oil.ws(177): Could not find function 'ShouldAutoApplyOil'Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(30): Global native function 'EnableDebugOverlayFilter' was not exported from C++ code.Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(32): Global native function 'EnableDebugPostProcess' was not exported from C++ code.Warning [content0]engine\showflags.ws(11): Global native function 'DebugSetEShowFlag' was not exported from C++ code.
Thanks for the mod though, I don't think I can play without it!
You should NOT update the game while keeping mods. Now you have to wait almost all mods are updated to 4.03 (Unless you are on GOG and can rollback to 4.02).

I had this same issue when i reverted to the 1.32 version after the next gen update. Re-installing the Unification patch then re-installing this mod and then running script merger fixed the problem.
Did a manual install on an unpatched GOTY version and have been playing without issues for several days now. Thank you for doing what the developer was too lazy or arrogant.
Hello wghost81. I have installed FOV for next gen version (from your drive.google) but changing the sliders in menu does not change a thing for in-gaqme camera :(
yes same problem here, sliders do absolutely nothing, the mod itself merges well and nothing crashes so it was updated right as far as merging in concerned, but something in the script itself has been overlooked.
I grabbed the file from the the Google Drive share. It is working for me in Next-Gen after adding the commands to user.settings and manually changing the numbers (check the readme.txt in the Zip folder for instructions). I was not able to get the sliders to appear however.
I think I had camera set to default instead of close when I added the MOD but uncertain. I checked both and both got the updated FOV.
Hello thanks for the mod. modFriendlyMeditation https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/6317 Crash occurs when meditating while the game is running. Any workaround?
Hi Guys, im real sad about that the mod with 4.00 not working, and with Steam "Classic" Beta Access isnt working too... cuz im sensible at Motion Sickness, just wanted to ask if the Modcreator will bring it back to 4.00/New 1.32 Classic
Probably already know this but it doesnt seem to work correctly with the new "Close" camera angle added in 4.0, without some playing with. Have to set the desired fov in Default camera angle first then change it to Close for the change to correctly show in that angel.
I get this error when I use the mod https://imgur.com/a/gB0Nsiw . I tried using only this mod I get the same error, and I get the error on the modFOVTweak file.
This is a merged files error, not from FOV Tweak. Launch Script Merger, unmerge the script "mapmenu.ws" and remerge again. Take a picture if it ask you to merge manually.
Just a slight form of critic, I really wanted to see comparison shots when your screenshots showed the different field of views for different scenes in the game. I was kind of disappointed that there weren't any, though I reckon it's not a big issue since it's an older mod for an older game ;) . I'm installing this mod for the first time today and glad to have found it though, thank you.

Classic version of the mod will stay here for everyone who prefers the good-old classic.
