i was wondering the same thing. when it was first uploaded it sounded like it was graphics tweaks for low end spec pcs to look decent at higher end graphic settings now i cant tell if its for higher settings past ultra. UGOM is better if its meant for going past ultra
It's a modified rendering.xml (found in ..\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc). It basically modifies the presets so that the old 'High' becomes the new 'Low', Ultra becomes medium, new ultra is 1,5x the old ultra (according to author) and extrem is 5x old ultra.
Not all settings are covered though (and 'extrem' has many similar to ultra). No offense to the author, but this is not a MOD and should not be in Visuals and Graphics. Additionally, I would recommend Tweaks over this.
anyone that installs this make sure you set the user settings file to read only. and dont change graphic settings in game. Its normal for your sliders to be set to low or not exactly how you set it in the user.settings file this is normal.
also make backups of your user.settings file first.
