I wish it would work with the german version but I can't get it to run even after switching in game to english - The Addon Menu just doesn't show up. I am running FCR3 mod which needs a script merge in script merger.
Just came here to say that it works fine (1.32). You most probably require localization fix mod (see description). Also merged succesfully with friendly hud.
Using your version allowed me to merge successfully with Friendly HUD but when I'm too far away to call Roach, the message that shows up in the corner of the screen is in French. Mind telling me how to get it to be English?
The mod menu is in English, it's just the pop-up message that's in French.
edit: In case anyone else has this issue, I found that the French phrase in question is hard-coded into playerinput.ws from this merge-able version of the mod. Just open that file, search for "loin", and change that phrase to something like "Roach is too far away to hear you.".
First of all, thank you for this mod. As previously said, it does so much to the immersion. Unfortunately, 2 problems prevent me from using it : 1. In game Menu doesn't appear at all (empty entry in Options/Mods) despite the ImmersiveHorseWhistling.xml file, probably a problem with translation files (french language here). I correctly copied the bin repository as required 2. Not compatible with Friendly HUD (using scripts merger)
hi...... This mod adds so much to the immersion and i wish i ll be able to use it..... there is a conflict with immersive cam which i can t overcome..... Any suggestions...? Thanks in advance....
Thanks for the mod, mate. It always irks me that Roach or any other horse in similar games can just appear out of thin air when you call for them. Great addition.
