As the name says, this is a compatibility fix that fixes some issues with the mod that recolours the DLC dress of Yennefer to more lore-friendly Black and White. Make sure to give this higher priority than that mod! Only for Classic Edition (<=v1.32)

Replaces default Yennefer hairstyle with a more lore-friendly hairstyle and further differentiates her DLC appearance. You can see this hairstyle in #1 screenshot and most of the others. Only compatible with Classic Edition!
