it seems that no matter what I try the swords end up being invisible or my game just does not open. although the armor mod works perfectly fine and looks great.
amor is not leveling and the starting swords don't change appearance. Not to be that guy but the mod description doesn't really specify much either, idk how to get the swords or if they spawn as your starting gear.
Second this! I have the Armor appearance loading fine but the swords are still vanilla looking. Could we get just a texture/cosmetic package? no stat changes? Or is there a way to to delete some files just to get textures to load? Just want purely cosmetic mod for armor and swords please and thank you :)
If you are only interested in the swords appearance, the file you need from this mod is "Killing Monster Swords"; the others are not required unless you also want the armor appearance and upscaled stats.
Then use the "Swap Witcher Swords Appearance into MOD_DLC swords" file (be sure to extract to your mods folder ONLY ModSwapKillingMonstersSwords) from the "Swap Witcher Swords Appearance Next Gen" Mod:
Hey man, I'm only interested in the sword appearance. One thing i'm unclear about. This mod's file, "Killing Monster Swords", do i need both the mod AND dlc of this mod alongside the "ModSwapKillingMonstersSwords" file only from the "Swap Witcher Swords Appearance Next Gen" Mod??
It's easy, just install the mod individually for both the swords and the armor and in the merger script give higher priority to the W3EE mod so it will give you the statistics of the W3EE mod and not the changed ones of this mod

I noticed that Kaer Morhen armor is the only item that doesn't count as a bonus to witcher gear when equipped.
Is this a bug?
From the XML: gameplay\items_plus\def_item_armor.xml, there is a missing tag:
SetBonusPiece
Or, maybe anyone here still have the files?
