When I try to start the game a second time, it won't start. I discovered that removing this mod made the game start normally again. Any idea what it could be?
Is there a possibility to make like a alternative of this mod ? What i mean is, that i only get veins on the face when i drink too many potions and not getting veins on the face at all when drinking concoctions. Just like the classic version. Is that possible ?
No longer works as intended (3/6/2023). Causes textures to not be able to load, including terrain and houses. Thatched roofs are particularly noticeable in villages. Tested on fresh install and clean DX caches.
That's not actually true as it changes only a single face texture and toxicity shader what very unlikely can cause issues you described. Maybe you just reached the mods limit and that's not related to this mod if so.
In any case, the mod is disrupting the games texture loading. I only use one mod, this one, so I don't think there's some kind of mod interference going on. Will love to use the mod again when it's fixed.
Edit: CDPR has been shipping out a lot of unannounced hotfixes to the DX12 engine lately, improving performance, etc. This problem could be unfixable on your end, as it could be CDPR who are at fault because of something they changed in the engine. For instance, your mod could be perfect, but CDPR made an oopsie, so it doesn't work until they fix whatever they did. In either case, if you add the mod to the game, many textures cannot load, and if you delete the mod, the game goes back to loading correctly.

No, that's not how it works. As for the mod, everything works as intended for me with all the latest patches so no idea what causes it for you but I'm still doubt that it caused by this mod, maybe something wrong with your setup in general.
Thank you very much for this mod, I confirm that it works on 4.0. I would like to report a bug, with the hope that it can be fixed. When you are in photo mode and perform close zoom normally the character disappears, with the mod disappears but the head remains visible.
