Updated Triss Hood Removal Mod and the Combined mod because I hadn't removed the hood from Triss's DLC appearance during the quest where she's tortured.

Uploaded a combined version of the 3 separate Hood Removal mods, so you can have 1 file removing the hoods from Triss, Yennefer and Ciri. Don't use it together with the other files, it's obvious right? xD
Also updated the separate versions of the Triss, Yen and Ciri hood removals mods, because I missed some stuff previously. Already included all "fixes" in the combined version!

Version 2.0
Updated all files to v2.0 in order to further improve compatability with other cosmetic mods.
Beyond this point, if you run into conflicts and changing mod load order doesn't help, then you will have to choose between the conflicting mods and decide which one you prefer having.
