You can also find it here https://github.com/Traderain/Wolven-kit but Visual Studio 2015 its needed in order to build the project and also some Visual Studio developer package (if you get any errors via Visual Studio building close the app delet local content and try again). Its free, you just need an Microsoft Account, some free space on ur storage (aprox 8Gb maybe less) and some time (aprox.20mins)
so what did you do exactly. what packages did you need? I never tried it myself, but it would be great if you could give a short guide on how to do it. So others can profit as well.
Yeah ill try to do a short tutorial. Its not hard but it can get tricky.
First go to https://github.com/Traderain/Wolven-kit in right top of the page there is an Clone or Download green buttun, clik it and then clik download Zip.
After you finish downloading extract the Zip files somewhere... for example put them in a folder on your desktop.
Very important, what you have downloaded its actually an Visual Studio Project (files/Libs/packages etc) You can t use it as it is right now, you need to download Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or 2016 or 2017 (its free just, you just need an Microsoft account) Link to it https://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/ (I used Visual studio 2017 and it worked, just remember that Wolven Kit was made for V S 2015)
After installing Visual Studio go to your unziped filese in wolven-kit-master (on your desktop or were you extracted the Wolven kit for github) and you will find WolvenKit.sln, CLIK on it.(wich should now be recognized by ur OS as an Visual studio Solution) Now the wolven kit its loaded in V.S, pers CTRL + SHift + B (in order to build the project)
Very important after VS finishes to build the project you should have this outputWolvenKit -> C:\Users\Niche\Desktop\Wolven-kit-master\WolvenKit\bin\Debug\WolvenKit.exe 12> 1 file(s) copied. ========== Build: 12 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========
If you have errors you need to close Visual Studio and delete wolven-kit-master folder and try again! (You can get errors if you manually click build and actually only build a portion/segment of the project) OR !!! (If you accentually convert some scripts that are for Visual Studio 2015 and you convert them for 2016 or 2017 YOU CAN GET ERRORS IN BUILDING So leave everything in Visual studio 2015) { Everything i just said about script errors or version incompatibility , i know form some promoted messages i got when i first tried building the project, so you may get some promoted messages in Visual Studio telling you to convert some scripts, remember to keep the to their original 2015 version} IN ADDITION Visual studio may ask you to donwload additional Developer pakeges in order to build Wolven Kit.
If you succeeded in building the project the .exe shold be here Wolven-kit-master\WolvenKit\bin\DebugWolvenKit.exe
Can anyone confirm if the following .tga filese are editeble ? cooked\environment\architecture\human\kaer_morhen\kaer_morhen_exterior\exterior_textures Have been trying for several attempts to make a Kaer Morhen Enhanced Textures Mod but its never working.

The best option (if you were not able do download it prior to the takedown) is to use Sarcens Mod Editor again.
