- This is FREE. Please continue. - Make sure you switched to "Performance mode" in the Reshade GUI as explained in the installation instructions. Otherwise you'll get abysmal FPS. - When installing the Reshade suite, make sure you clicked on Direct3D 10+. This is very important. - Make sure you remove ANY leftover files from old Reshades before installing this. - Make sure you have the required mods and files installed - Make sure you download all the shaders during the installation of the Reshade suite. - Make sure you followed the install instructions correctly - Make sure you meet the recommended system requirements to play THE WITCHER 3 at least in 1080p. - Make sure you're not using any third-party ingame-overlays. - Some third-party software seems to be incompatible with Reshade. - You will lose some FPS using this or any Reshade, but it's well worth it. - This is a very complex Reshade. Download this version of reshade https://reshade.me/downloads/ReShade_Setup_4.5.1.exe
Install it, then rename dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll in game directory.
Move PATHOS preset in the game directory as well and replace all.
Works like a charm. =)
Does PATHOS use these? If so, what could be the fix? Maybe the installation missed something?
And if it doesn't use I can freely ignore the error, yes?
Please scroll through the comments, and you'll notice that only older versions of Reshade work with this preset here.

Have used this occasionally for older releases. Reshade 4.5.1 worked for me with this preset here.
Good luck!
