Presentation
I find potions in vanilla useless because of their ridiculously short duration (only 20 seconds for Swallow?! You must be kidding me!), so I decided to make a mod to multiply the duration (only exception is the mutagen potions aka decoctions). And while I was here, I've also added the same tweak for oil's charges.
Installation
Use NMM or unzip the file in the Mods directory. For in-game menu to work you need modDurationAndChargeMultiplier.xml to be in your "[Path To The Witcher 3]\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc" folder. Don't forget to use Script Merger to prevent any conflict!
