      You will have to change the path to The Witcher 3 then and I do not want to do that because it might be confusing. Uploading tutorial, check it out!

      Just run the game once with reshade 3.0. It will create its own dxgi.ini

      It gets created when the after running the game at least once and configuring by pressing shift f2 with the new reshade.
