Use with Complete Animations Redux will getting a doubled icon on HUD. This is my way: edit-->playerWitcher.ws Search all-->AddEffectDefault(EET_EnhancedArmor, this, "repair_object", false); replace with-->//AddEffectDefault(EET_EnhancedArmor, this, "repair_object", false);
this line too edit-->playerWitcher.ws Search all-->AddEffectDefault(EET_EnhancedWeapon, this, "repair_object", false); replace with-->//AddEffectDefault(EET_EnhancedWeapon, this, "repair_object", false);
Hey there, First, thanks for the kudos - I really appreciate it! I haven't touched the Witcher 3, or my mods for it in like.. half a decade? Man it's been a long time... I made these mods with the bare-bones scripting environment that CDPR provided. I have no idea how I would go about setting up a proper dev environment in 2021. If someone wanted to help me out with that I would gladly give it another go.
I was actually hoping that CDPR would add something similar, since it makes more sense. I could help update the mod, did it for myself personally, seems to be working fine. Not only that, but I could PM you the files, and you could update here. Awesome mod! The only one of its kind without using an overhaul.
Edit: I just realized that this wasn't a next-gen post. XD
Hi, would you mind sharing what changes you made to get the mod working again on next-gen/4.0x? Seems like the original author isn't going to update it sadly, so I'd be very thankful if you could help me (and others) figure out how to fix it ourselves, would be very grateful for your help!
Worked great till I got to Kaer Morhen. Around that time I also installed some other mods and I ended up with an icon and a zero value -- (/)0. Removed all other mods still didn't work. uninstalled and reinstalled all game files. Still no luck. Don't know how but it's broken for me forever.
First of all, many thanks to PK Cheap for creating this interesting mod. However, when I saw this post, it brings me back a little to install & endorse the mod. Can someone confirm if this above-mentioned issue still persists? Thanks in advance.
I suspect that it's not simply "getting to Kaer Morhen" that caused the behavior. I'm betting that you also applied a Preservation rune, am I right? @marcoic complains in another post that the rune "discharges" the buffs, and your complaint sounds a lot like his with a different choice of words.
Either @PKCheap didn't have the expansions and couldn't account for the eventual conflict with Preservation runes, or he expected that people would simply stop using the mod if they also decided to use a Preservation rune, as its capability to make the buffs permanent renders the mod mod superfluous anyway. There is not reason at all to use both the mod and a Preservation rune.

Sure it's been a long time... I wish I could help, but unfortunately, I have no such skills. Thanks for your reply.
