If anyone's experiencing enemies blocking or dodging too much, do let me know. Getting a bit frustrated with the game's blocking system. Using a heavy attack to try and finish off an enemy will give them just enough time to regen the stamina needed to block over and over, until you finally just quick attack spam them.
for some reason it seems after going from 1.0 to 1.1 they arent doing fast witcher attacks - mostly slow windup ones and attacks that are easily avoidable/parryable. Not sure if its just me experiencing this though
EDIT: Ok scratch all that. I had no idea adding a period to folder names breaks the mod (ie 1.1). Now I feel dumb. Anyways, was gonna upload a newer version later today but just slapped it together since I thought the 1.1 file I uploaded was broken. I'll get to that now. Thanks for letting me know!
So do I need now both modSkilledHumans1.1 AND modSkilledHumans13? Or is modSkilledHumans13 a Standalone? I never realized the Breaking, cause I deinstalled (deleted the whole modSkilledHumans from MODs) the older version (something that is always recommended^^).

Now Tamara, Rosa var Attre, Ves are challenging witcher swordmasters like everyone else. Confirmed in my playthrough. Added Jutta too, but unconfirmed until i get there in my game.
Contacted modauthor WonDoe on Feb 3 who seems less active. No reply yet. So posting this for now here. If mod-author wants to integrate, that's good.
This mod modifies the .w2ent files for each of the four women. So appearances may be affected or not. One of my appearance mods was fine. Other was not.
Fixed one woman animation for this mod - Skilled humans. Female swordfighter no longer stands there.
Did Tamara Strenger first. Now she killed a drowner and was onto next one during Witch-Baron quest. Didn't test for bugs past that.
(2) Anyone else notice this? The other thing that happened in my game is that with Skilled humans mod active, the drowners and hags not focussed on me during quest with Tamara. Disabled skilled humans leaving just ai&enemies of Rivia, and they focussed on PC too. Skilled humans works normal when no allies there.
(3) So far have Tamara, Rosa van Attre, Jutta and Ves to look at. Are there anymore? Haven't played for a long time and still in Novigrad. So can't remember.
Since the mod takes the AI combat system of the witchers as a basis, it only works on male NPCs, female ones do not use it, so they stand still and blunt. For the duration of tasks with female characters, disable the mod, there is no solution to the problem yet.
There is a solution. Thought had posted that got working above. Modded this file and now women work. Women are now swordmasters too! And not stretching to male rig either.
Those 4 women are now witchers like everyone else for this mod. They combat normally, or same as everyone else in this mod. Tested so far Tamara (see above) and now Rosa. Should get to test Ves soon in my playthrough.
This is why asking permissions. To figure out a best way to post fix for those who want.

I found a really strange bug. Recently I found out that Witcher would not re-open the game window if I try to re-run it (process still shown in Task Manager). The only chance to play the game is to restart PC and bet on the first app opening to be smooth. Only after I disabled the mod (with Mod Manager) could I open the game multiple times. Has anyone met the same problem?
Yes, But with another mod that changed ciri's armour from almost bare naked to being actually armored, Caused a few issues for me, but got it work after downloading it manually, try that therewith.
A solution for the problem of ‘peasants fight as well as knights’ would be making sure common bandits don’t spawn with swords - which would be lore-friendly! A sword was a valuable and fairly special weapon to have in old times.
Anyone know of a mod which can do that? We could combine it with this.
Thats a great idea. This mod could really make the game a lot better if it was implemented in the right way. But i imagine thats quite a bit of work. And this guy has already done his part by giving us this mod. Maybe some one else can pick up from here.
This mode is really nice. but the enemies are constantly running backwards and ? have to chase them all the time. this is unreal. It should be changed. Meanwhile, monsters die very easily while people are very difficult. Is there a mode for monsters?
I second that. This game's design is a faliure in terms of challenge, plain and simple. it doesn't matter the difficulty. This mod corrected that by doing what needed to be done: changing behaviour and attack animations to give enemy humans a little chance. Now, we need a mod to improve MONSTERS!!
