Made a "fix" for this mod by following the steps mentioned by @x0evenstar0x. It will use the default face texture even when Ciri is crying/dirty, but it's a small price to pay for 4k.
Just wanted to pop in and say thank you! Had been scouring all over Nexus for a Ciri 4K face mod without all the makeup. Thank you for making just the 4K face texture itself as a separate file! :D
