Just wanted to say thanks! This mod is awesome Your work is much appreciated!
For those that are wondering which of the paintings are modified, here's the list: 1. Ruins of an old fort = Geralt and Vesemir 2. Harvest time in White Orchard = Geralt, Lambert and Eskel 3. Aretuza's Tower at Sundown = Geralt, Dandelion and Zoltan 4. Herbalist's Hut = Geralt kissing Yen 5. Gargabaldi Hagan = Geralt giving Ciri a piggyback ride 6. Van Rogh = Triss and Geralt 7. Auburn Maiden on a field of black = Vesemir
I'd just like to point something out that seems very odd with the mod installed.
I played through NG+ after installing this part way through NG.
Given that there is a (minor) issue with the pictures not appearing as they should in the inventory, together with the titles being the original ones and not descriptive of what they actually are, coupled with my observations in quests... wouldn't it just be better to add the paintings as new items? Forgive me, I haven't used Witcher modding tools, so this may not be easy, but it would be better for the mod and eliminate the oddities I've spotted.
I got to the HoS 'Scenes from a marriage' quest and in the part inside the imaginary world of Iris, the house is full of pictures from this mod! The bed chamber in particular has pictures of Vesimer, the other witchers and of Geralt Kissing yen... that last one seemed very surreal in Iris and Olgierd's bedroom!
I think you've done something in the rest of the game to prevent this happening, because (As Geralt) I'm a thourough kleptomaniac and I loot almost every home in the game. not once did I see any of your Corvo Bianco paintings hanging on the walls. I'm wondering if you maybe missed this, or else it was too difficult to remove?
It's just a thought and in no way alters the comments of my earlier post. Would still endorse, obviously.
Edit: Just played the mandragora quest on NG+... a portrait of Vesemir appears in Oriana's room, next to the spilt inkwell. I'm guessing this tallies with the paintings not being edited in places only visited in quests. I think this should be addressed, along with the 'Scenes from a marriage' thing mentioned above... I hate the phrase 'immersion-breaking' but I would go as far as to say that the appearance of the paintings, so out of context is... unsettling.
I have to thank you for this and say you've got my endorsement!
I used the oil painting version and adore it. In another play I'll try another version.
I'd recommend using this mod with 'Brighter interiors in Toussaint'. That's when it, quite literally shines.
As for the mod, I love it. I've got Witcherly pictures alongside my old favourite, the Palace Of Beauclair. Vesemir gets pride of place, as is fitting since Geralt clearly had a great bond with the man.
My only niggle is that, at least with my save (I downloaded this partway through), the previews and names for the paintings still show up as the originals, so for example, the Herbalist's hut still appears as that in the merchant inventory in Beauclair and still looks like the original picture in the preview when hanging the painting... once on the wall, it is Geralt and Yen kissing. Not a great issue for me since I normally buy them all and swap them around but...
This was only a minor irritation but I had to work it out by trial and error. I've written down which picture shows up as what.
Hello, I have a problem, when I put your mod, the Toussaint world map does not work. Has someone already had this problem? https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2019/15/7/1555261291-witcher3-2019-04-14-18-59-29-90.png
Great mod bro! Could you upload each painting separately? Because I want only Yen's and maybe Vesemir's, but I do not want others to change. Sorry for my english btw

It breaks immersion since it adds these painting also at many other locations in the world. And that doens't make any sense at all.
