   Nice work man! Would it be possible to make the scabbards black and silver/grey aswell, so they match the armor?

   I know it's probably been a few months since you've checked in but I'm hoping you could also re-colour the fur part as black or grey to match the rest of the outfit.

   Hello man! you've seen the yellow line in the middle of armor? would be more beautiful if the line has black like the rest of the armor.. i will send the link for you see.

      I also greyscaled the texture files in case I did miss any part of the armor which I didn't.
      
      
      EDIT: Just did a fresh install with just this mod and it finally shows up for me; I have no idea why that occurs unfortunately :\
      
      HOWEVER, having the The Black Ones - Bear School mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/411/?) with my mod corrects that part

   Nice work, thx! Btw, is there a way to remove fur from the armor similar to a file i've found for removing scraf from T4?

    what about a all black set (chainmail included) with red highlights.silver just is not geralts color IMO
