This mod still works fine in v1.32GOTY as affected scripts weren't updated. Note that this mod scales Shock Wave AND Supercharged Glyphs skills with Sing Intensity.

Correct link to mod mentioned in the description (changes more/different skills values than this one):
Scaling for Shock Wave Supercharged Glyphs and All other skills

Please do. The simple fact is you cant have fixed dmg skills. It just wont be balanced for all stages of the game. They have to scale to be useful at all stages.

YES!! Please do this! and also, if you could edit Pyromancer to do something else entirely, it wouldn't make the 5th row suck so bad! Thanks and I hope you add Yrden alt shock and yrden life drain, I don't know if quen 5th row scales with intensity, but if not, please add that too!

Agreed, Yerden does nothing on higher level enemies in NG+ it is totally useless even when the intensity is buffed up to the max.

Hey, I discontinued the mod here as I was updating it too regularly and it felt weird, so I finished it and made a new mod. This includes Crippling Strikes and Supercharged Glyphs, as well as a, in my opinion, well thought out level balancing so the abilities stay relevant at any level. I also fixed the Aard bug I mentioned. You can find it over here: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1768/?
      Thanks.

Interesting, at least for NG+ where the Shockwave skill is useless as its way too underpowered.

Can you explain the mechanics though? If I have 5/5 Shockwave what damage would I see at 50, 100, 150, 200 sign intensity? Just to understand the balance as best as possible.

    Thanks!

Well it works just like sign intensity on igni, and as you'd expect, you would see 300 dmg with 50%, 400 with 100% etc. The only problem is mobs having increased aard resistance the higher level they are.

Good idea, in a skill tree like this, you need to put the skill to a slot to work, base damage skills are not good, but if these skills scaale with your level its good!

That's actually a good idea. I'm looking at the yrden traps and such right now as well. Mind if I use that idea and make two different files, one for NG+ and one for NG?

Is it not possible to integrate both into one file? Like adding a parameter which dictates Use "this value" for NG, and use "this value" for NG+?

I'm working on scaling the damage with your level in such a way it makes sense at any level, but, to be honest here, I'm fairly new with modding so I'm still trying to figure out how everything works and there are almost no sources to teach you anything, so really you have to empirically figure everything out for yourself. I should get it done, but it might take some time.

What kind of numbers should I be seeing?

At lvl 20 against lvl 20 nekkers. At 0% sign intensity it does 117 damage, at 175% it does 227 damage.

I should mention I am using better Combat Enhanced which is probably messing with the damage/monster resistance.

I guess that is why your numbers are a little weird. If you look at the images I posted, I was doing a little over 200 dmg with barely any sign intensity and 460 dmg with 170%. I'll be honest I don't know enough about how the sign intensity coding works, but you shouldn't be seeing those numbers xD Just out of curiosity, what sort of numbers do you see without the mod, perhaps that will let me figure out what's up?

The mod makes the skill do150 damage. It does 147-150 consistently across all monsters.

I figured it was the mods I'm using causing the error, just wanted to make sure the number I was seeing were not normal. I don't expect you to trouble shoot it at all. I just wanted to confirm there was a conflict of some sort.
