Just a quick work around for Better Than Icons mod until it gets updated.
I have only tested with starting a new game and with steam. It should work with any language of the original mod.
You must have the original mod
Grab the content update and drop into the modBetterThanIconsWithRunesAndGlyphs folder

If you have the debug console installed there is an easy way to credit yourself anything you lost trying to upgrade.

Mutagens- additem('Greater mutagen red', x)
