I can't even begin to explain how overpowered 50% critical hit chance is. Expect to melt everything in a maximum of 10 hits. If you're into that sort of thing. Personally I think that will just drain the fun out of fighting monsters. No challenge in dealing one-shot kills here and there.

Hi there. Can I ask? How can you modify, or change a relic item into a Witcher gear? Just a matter of curiosity. Thanks in advance.

Honestly folks if you have to mod Aerondight your clearly doing it wrong! The sword doesn't need additional stats on it you just need to level up the Charge's on it. At max lvl (100) if you max the Charges the sword will be doing well over 1k base damage anything under lvl 85 your already 1shoting if you have a decent witcher build. The sword stats are not important at all its all about the charge's the sword is purely a raw damage sword.

If you need help leveling the sword charges I recommend using it agaisnt beasts and bandits in small groups. Get up to the ten stacks, use and Aard blast to knock down/stun/slow enemies walk right up and use a ground finisher; once you have a few dozen stacks or so move on to bigger things to kill with it. You can always spawn in 11-15 or so Cyclops since their slow and stupid they make for easy pickings to really rank the sword up.

Take a look at what the sword can do.

My other thought is the LifeSteal you put on it for the first version of the mod seems like its using the Grave Diggers Spade or a form of the Ekimmara Decoction, I think it might be better with the Tesham Mutna buff of 10-15%

I think lifesteal does not work like this. As r4Player.ws suggests (see the condition at line 13479), it will only work if the Caretaker's shovel is equipped. Hence, to make it work with other (modded) weapons, the condition has to be changed.

    Cheers Euclid

I downloaded both versions and the damage was from 400-500 instead of 819-1001, I have TW3Enhanced, don't know if thats why... but this is quite disappointing.

Sure it works, the stats work but it does no extra damage at all, i tested it many times .

Shame but i can confirm this mod changes nothing but the stats on your character menu. As far as my own testing goes, its just your very vanilla Aerondight with more impressive "on paper" stats, runes do not work either.
Hope OP can fix this since the idea of two Aerondight seems pretty neat

Great mod, additional stats make this sword a lot more appealing. Wonder if you can make a version with bleeding, burning and poison chance alltogether, it's getting hard to apply all three at the same time for 10 times (one of the damn achievement).
