Bug seems to be fixed with patch 1.30, finally. Now the buff is removed on combat end and is reapplied on combat start. Mod for disabling the glow effect is updated for patch 1.30, 1.31 and GOTY patch 1.31
Update 05.01.2023 I just noticed that the Next-Gen/Netflix update in december broke most of my mods as it added some conflicting mods (like FCR3) to the core of the game. I will look into updating my mods soon, but it seems at least for some of them there are already alternatives that can be used.

Hello, I am writing to request an additional fix related to Euphoria. As of patch 4.04, I have been experiencing an inconsistent appearance of Geralt's toxicity face with Euphoria.
Gathered from testing, I discovered that this bug occurs when the Euphoria mutation is activated, and once combat is entered and the first attack has registered. Once you attack for the first time in combat, Geralt's toxicity face will disappear for the rest of the battle. Not until combat has ended, and another potion has been conumsed OR a cutscene triggers, will the toxicity face render again. Again, this only occurs with the Euphoria mutation activated.
Hopefully that's enough information if you were to look into this.

Thanks for the update. However, the next-generation version of "Euphoria" has not been fully repaired. In the combat with "Succubus", there is a bonus percentage icon on the HUD, but there is no damage bonus on the property page of the inventory. Console command "spawn('Succubus')". :)
