Version TW 0.10b
- Initial version 0.10 beta of GBR Tweaks containg burning effect tweaks.
Added possiblity not to stop burning effect on hit - only critical burning animation is stopped.
Burning duration percent adjustment added. Default to -30% when burning buff is not breaking on hit for balance, since player can hit burning victims and remaining burning damage will still be dealt.
Added a setting to make burning damage be affected by game difficulty level. Since burning does damage relative to NPC health, the damage was not really properly adjusted with game difficulty level. For now using fixed values: Death March (Hardcore) - 0.75, Hard - 1.0, Medium - 1.25, Easy - 1.5.
- Initial version 0.10 beta of GBR Tweaks containg burning effect tweaks.
-
Version CS 1.00
- Introducing combat speeds module 1.00
Based on Lore Friendly Armors and Reflex mod, added also appropriate small speed bonuses to Muscle Memory, Strength Training and Fleet Footed skills.
Rend skill balanced better with combat speeds - since it is faster than strong attack with quick load, introduced minimum Rend stamina cost - it depends on strong attack current speed setting - the lower, the greater minimum stamina cost, but not higher than 33 stamina points.
Default light and heavy armor speed and resistance params adjusted.
- Introducing combat speeds module 1.00
-
Version 69
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.23.
Realistic Burning version 1.02.
Lowered by 20% Melt Armor skill trigger with firestream time. It is mostly for compatibility with Signs Overhaul firestream dynamics change.
Fixes and balacing of mutagens: Ancient Leshen, Wyvern, Succubus.
Ancient Leshen is now actually fixed to work properly - fix borrowed from Primer mod.
Wyvern attack power gain per hit raised to 4%, max stack is 20, so max gain from the mutagen is 80%. When Geralt get's hit removes up to 6 charges so up to 24% of the current attack power gain, instead of total zeroing as vanilla.
Fixed a vanilla bug related with Transmutation skill. The skill could have its effect after loading a game even if it is not equipped.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.23.
-
Version 68
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.22.
Fixative skill changed to 4 level now.
Random effect chance per skill level is now 9%, so that on 4th level it has the previous value of 36%.
Oil ammo increase is unchanged and on level 3 it is already infinite.
Efficiency skill max level reduced to 4. Which means max petards in pockets gain from this skill is now 4.
Normalized critical chance gain on blinded enemy. If the effect comes from samum level 3 it is +60%, from samum level 2 +50%, and any other blindess effect gives +40% critical hit chance.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.22.
-
Version 67
- Integrated Signs Overhaul 1.21.
Realistic Burning 1.01 - don't forget to update it also.
Improved Igni firestream scaling - compatibility with Signs Overhaul 1.21.
Nerfed slightly Igni Melt Armor skill - max percentage resistances reduction is now 35% and critical burning increase is 30%.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul 1.21.
-
Version 66
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.20 - Conductors of Magic mutation rework and fixed a bug of missing flames animation with Glyphword Rotation and Igni spellpower skill.
-
Version 65
- Enemy Scaling version 1.30.00.3
Fixed a bug where Geralt would be immune to self DoT damage.
Missing nullchecks after casts probably caused script execution abort in damage manager processor.
Fixed a bug of too high Grapeshot self damage with petards scaling. Very slightly nerfed Grapeshot scaling over level 30. - Realistic Burning version 1.00:
Improved Igni Melt armor logic. Now it really melts armor.
Melts up to 100% of point armor reduction and up to 8% of percent physical resistances per skill level. The amount of Igni hits or firestream burning time needed to reach the maximum armor reduction depends on skill level and spellpower. Also the resistances reduction wears of totally after one minute if not hit by Igni in meantime.
With Realistic burning enabled the skill has also one more effect. Increases critical burning time by 7% per skill level. So what I call phase 1 burning. Counts for all burning caused by Geralt.
- Enemy Scaling version 1.30.00.3
-
Version 64
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.19.
Succubus, wyvern, Archgryphon and alghoul decoction balancing.
Succubus - raised max attack power bonus to 45% and takes 72 seconds of combat to reach it.
Wyvern decoction - gives 3% attack power bonus per hit. Max bonus is 60%.
Alghoul - lowered a bit wear off time from 20 seconds per stage to 16.
Archgryphon - uses 60 stamina, instead of 50 now. Updated Archgryphon description.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.19.
-
Version 63
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.18.
Archgryphon and Ancient Leshen mutagens fixed and Tawny Owl small nerf.
Archgryphon uses now up to 50 stamina, causing 10% of current HP drain. If Geralt has less stamina than 50, then the HP drain is decreased proportionally.
TawnyOwl level 3,2 nerfed slightly. Level 3 from 10% stamina regen boost to 8% and level 2 from 8% to 7%.
Ancient Leshen Mutagen limited to 12 per sec max stamina regen in combat. Works as in vanilla, so after every sign cast regen grows by 2 per sec. In vanilla it could raise up infinitely, so overpowered. Now after six casts in stops increasing the regen.
Petards balancing.
Grapeshot clusters should (not the main explosion) will now have / 1.5 damage penalty, because of overall great damage increase with clusters.
Manticore set bonus 1 critical damage bonus now differs between grapeshot and other petards. That is because Grapeshot gains much more from critical damage, because of high direct damage. Grapeshot factor is now 0.4, while other petards 0.75.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.18.
-
Version 62
- Integrated SignsOverhaul version 1.17. Many Axii fixes.
GBREnemyScaling version 1.30.00.2
Fix for a bug where Axii puppet attack power bonus would be applied incorrectly when using Enemy Scaling custom enemies params modifiers. Enemy Scaling part. The remaining part of the fix is in Signs Overhaul version 1.17.
Alchemy:
Poison critical effect removed from Fixative skill - overpowered.
- Integrated SignsOverhaul version 1.17. Many Axii fixes.
-
Version 61
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.16.1 - quen shield HP scaling hotfix.
-
Version 60
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.16.
Synergy skill nerf from 10% gain to 7.5% gain per skill level. In a loaded game to reset the skill effect,
unequip all mutagens and the skill itself and re-equip all again.
Petri's Philtre spellpower gain boosted to 20%, 30%, 40% on potion levels 1, 2, 3. Level 1, 2 now also have a chance boost for signs effects apply test. Level 3 like vanilla makes this chance 100%.
Maribor Forest level 2, 3 small boost to adrenaline gain bonus 20% instead of 15%.
Mutated skin mutation damage reduction per adrenaline point boosted from 15% to 18%.
Stribog rune adjustments - causes now light knockdown, but chance reduced. Stribog has now chance: 4%, 7%, 12%.
Dazhbog rune level 2, 3 chances slightly lowered to 5%, 9%.
Advanced Pyrotechnics adrenaline bonus reverted to vanilla's 0.1. It is per damage dealt, so 0.2 was a mistaken value.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.16.
-
Version 59
- Integrated CrossbowDamageBoostAndBalance version 1.33.1
Nerfed manticore 1st set bonus - petard criticals.
With petards scaling this set bonus became vastly overpowered, so now the critical chance for petards is 75% of the computed critical chance and critical damage bonus is divided by 2. That was quite a significant regression in fact. With proper manticore build - Pyrotechnics and focus on crit chance and
damage this set bonus is still powerful.
- Integrated CrossbowDamageBoostAndBalance version 1.33.1
-
Version 58
- Adjusted Rotation glyphword, so that it causes burning as normal igni cast
Fixative skill can now cause critical poison effect also.
Updated Golden Oriole descriptions.
Petards small balancing - Grapeshot, Dragon's Dream and Dancing Star. Grapeshot is most important,
because counters possible overpower on lower levels.
Cluster Bomb skill reduced to 4 ranks, with additions per level:
1: + 1 cluster, 2: +10% damage, 3: +1 cluster, 4: +10% damage.
Manually aimed petard base bonus slightly raised to 6%, 9%, 12% for petards level 1,2,3 accordingly.
- Adjusted Rotation glyphword, so that it causes burning as normal igni cast
-
Version 57
- Golden Oriole now gives also protection from toxicity Venom. So attacks and effects that increase toxicity. Golden Oriole toxicity venom resistance is: Level 3: 75%, Level 2: 65%, Level 1: 55%.
Realistic burning 0.53beta
Burning damage difficulty setting should only affect relative to HP part.
Integrated Signs Overhaul 1.15.1.
- Golden Oriole now gives also protection from toxicity Venom. So attacks and effects that increase toxicity. Golden Oriole toxicity venom resistance is: Level 3: 75%, Level 2: 65%, Level 1: 55%.
-
Version 56
- Bugfix from Realistic Burning - Dancing Star scaling was too weak.
Cluster Bomb skill damage bonus lowered from 12% to 10% on 3 skill levels. This value combines multiplicatively with other damage bonuses and scaling, so this is quite a big gain.
Realistic Burning version 0.52 beta
Bug fixes - side regressions of realistic burning for petards.
Dancing Star burning effect shouldn't stop critical animation always - added that under chance of 35%. Otherwise the enemies would walk out of Dancing Star loop too soon, making it underpowered.
Fixed logic, so that Realistic Burning behaves correctly with Dragon's Dream.
Small adjustments in 'vanilla-like' configuration preset.
Adjusted critical burning animation timeout a bit.
- Bugfix from Realistic Burning - Dancing Star scaling was too weak.
-
Version 55
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.15.
Realistic burning module version 0.50 beta.
Extends the burning tweaks functionality from GBRTweaks version 0.11b.
Realistic burning - new alternative logic of burning effect. The effect doesn't stop on hit. Instead the effect totally being taken down, only its critical animation stops. So burning effect has 2 phases. Phase 1: the victim is burning with critical animation, thus disabled from combat.
Phase 2: the victim is active, but still getting burning damage. Transition to phase 2 happens on hit or when some time of a initial burning duration passes, currently it is set to 2s plus 40% of remaining time.
In the alternative burning mode NPC don't have any burning damage resistance for effects caused by player, the resistance only affects duration. Also to counter that Igni spellpower burning damage scaling was nerfed greatly and petard burning damage scaling disabled for petards module.
Added customization of burning resistances. Sliders allow to adjust the extra resistance that NPC would have on level 100. On lower level it is calculated proportionally, but that is not linear function anymore. So e.g. when human burn resistance is set to 60% on level 100. It will be about 45% on level 50 and not 30% as it would be linearily. Such altering of the resistance progression function fits better for scaling and balance.
Golden Oriole adjustements as antidote. Like vanilla exisisting poison effects are removed regardless Golden Oriole level. Exception is Golden Oriole level 1 doesn't remove poison critical effect. So Golden Oriole again works like an antidote also.
Petards resistance fixes vs. Realistic burning module.
Disabled Dragon's Dream and Dancing Star burning effect damage scaling under Realistic Burning enabled, because of assumptions.
Samum petard thrown by player does not take will resistance into account anymore.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.15.
-
Version 54
- Integrates Signs Overhaul version 1.14 (Axii Dominate change mostly).
Set bonuses now present for all NG+ witcher school gear, except Viper. Integrated fnexus'es mod Set Bonuses For All Tiers of Witcher Gear with his permission.
Increased rune slot count for NG+ witcher gear gloves and boots to 2. So that it is not lower than Grandmaster items. Also NG+ Grandmaster Wolf Pants have 3 rune slots like superior and mastercrafted NG+ Wolf Pants now.
Updated description of runeword replenishment.
Cluster Bombs skill balancing. Main petard throw explosion gives full effect (unlike vanilla). Then the
skill works this way:
Level 1: +1 cluster
Level 2: +1 cluster, +12% all petard's damage
Level 3: +1 cluster, +24% all petard's damage
Level 4: +2 clusters, +24% all petard's damage
Level 5: +2 clusters, +36% all petard's damage
Fixed a bug of wrong Heavy Artillery perk description.
Normalized and balanced Poisoned Blades skill. Improved Fixative skill.
Poisoned Blades are adjusted in a way that the skill depends much less on oil level. The poison apply chance is 6% per skill level and gets +5%,+10% apply chance increase with oils level 2,3. Also the power of the poison from this skill is reduced by about 37%. The outcome is that the skill is stronger in early game (because of higher apply chance), but a bit weaker finally.
Fixative skill now also gives a chance to apply a random effect on oil vulnerable enemy. The apply chance is 12% per skill level. The possible effects are currently: burning, bleeding, blindness, poison (stronger than from Poisoned Blades).
- Integrates Signs Overhaul version 1.14 (Axii Dominate change mostly).
-
Version 53
- Potions balancing: Thunderbolt, Blizzard and Golden Oriole.
Thunderbolt level 2,3 attack power bonuses raised to 40%,50%. Thunderbolt level 2 gives now 15% critical chance bonus during storm and level 3 critical chance is reduced from 100% to 30%.
Golden Oriole was obviously overpowered. Level 3 gives no longer healing when poisoned but just poison immunity. So now it looks like this:
Level 1: 70% poison resistance
Level 2: 80% poison resistance
Level 3: 100% poison resistance
Also durations of Level 1, 2 are increased.
Blizzard duration increased ~40% depending on poition level.
Fixed a bug of not updated decoctions and poitions descriptions in alchemy menu.
Geralt basic poison resistance is lowered from 25% to 20%, so that Golden Oriole effect is even more important.
- Potions balancing: Thunderbolt, Blizzard and Golden Oriole.
-
Version 52
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.13
-
Version 51
- Fixed a bug of wrong petard stacking param for Heavy Artillery perk. Petard count was reduced by 75% instead of 25%.
Inreased Advanced Pyrotechnics perk adrenaline gain from 0.1 to 0.2.
- Fixed a bug of wrong petard stacking param for Heavy Artillery perk. Petard count was reduced by 75% instead of 25%.
-
Version 50
- Integrated Crossbow Damage Boost and Balance version 1.32.
Petards minor fixes and adjustments.
Steady Aim skill will now increase the manually aimed petard impact damage bonus also by 50% per skill level of base manually aimed damage bonus. E.g. petard lvl 1, Steady aim lvl 2 will have 10% manually aimed dmg bonus.
Nerfed Dacing Star and Northern Wind petards loop duration values a bit. Petard loop - how long petard will last on the ground. However Northern Wind loop will now cause freeze also.
Adjusted skill descriptions of Steady Aim and Pyrotechnics.
Reverted back Refreshment skill param to vanilla for balance.
Adjusted Rend skill so that stamina damage bonus varies over skill level. Level 1: 50% to Level 5: 90%.
Crippling Strikes skill damage scales now with Geralt's level.
- Integrated Crossbow Damage Boost and Balance version 1.32.
-
Version 49
- Petards module big bugfixing.
Dancing Star and Devil's Puffbal damage per sec is also scaled now. However Devil's Puffbal base poison effect damages are nerfed. Scaling now does the job.
Nerfed manually aimed petard damage bonuses, because unlike crossbow unaimed petard throws are already enough ineffective, so there is no big sense in giving more bonuses to manually aimed ones.
Dragon's Dream has more consistent petard level hierarchy - burning effects differed.
Perk Heavy Artillery is nerfed a bit from +100% dmg to +75% dmg, exception is poison damage from Dragon's Dream cloud where that bonus is doubled. With better petards scaling, the damage bonus must be reasonably nerfed. -25% petard count is not that much, considering that in most times you can rest any time in the game. Also fixed that the perk bonus will be properly applied for Dancing Star burning damage now.
Pyrotechnics skill base value is reverted to vanilla. It has aggressive scaling. The +33% for silver damage stays.
Slightly boosted level 3 Grapeshot base damage.
Many other various bug fixes.
- Petards module big bugfixing.
-
Version 48
- Petards Dancing Star lvl 1,2 burning effect adjustments - little more duration, so that scaling works better.
Reverted some grapeshot param change which I thought was a mistake, but probably wasn't.
- Petards Dancing Star lvl 1,2 burning effect adjustments - little more duration, so that scaling works better.
-
Version 47
- Petards module global fixing.
Adjusted various petards base parameters to make it consistent over petard levels, base and NG+ game. Boosted petard's silver damages.
Fixed a bug of double Dragon's Dream burning duration scaling.
Boosted Devil's Puffball poison effect significantly.
Grapeshot level 3 now causes Long Stagger instead of ordinary stagger.
Boosted a bit petards' per level impact damage scaling.
Boosted Pyrotechnics skill by 33%. And made it even stronger for 'silver' enemies.
- Petards module global fixing.
-
Version 46
- Fixed Undying skill to actually work according to assumptions.
The skill now works the following way - if the Geralt's HP drops below zero and the skill can be triggered, heals Geralt by the fraction of max HP: 0.15 * current_adrenaline * (skill_level - 1) * 0.33. After the healing HP will be nevel lower than 10% of max HP and never above max HP. This way the skill triggers emergency health restore, but doesn't affect damage received.
- Fixed Undying skill to actually work according to assumptions.
-
Version 45
- Added proper Dragon's Dream burning damage and duration scaling.
It was too weak in vanilla even without scaling - noting the difficulty to use.
- Added proper Dragon's Dream burning damage and duration scaling.
-
Version 44
- Pyrotechnics bug fixed - Geralt level scaling not applied to some petards.
Boosted pyrotechnics bonus damage - per Geralt level percent bonus doubled.
- Pyrotechnics bug fixed - Geralt level scaling not applied to some petards.
-

- level and petard level.
- Northern Wind effect nerfed.
- Heavy Artillery perk adjusted: -25% petard count, +100% damage.
- Initial petards module - petards scaling fix with Geralt level:
-
Version 41
- Integrated Signs Overhaul 1.11.
Integrated Crossbow Damage Boost and Balance version 1.31.
Euphoria mutation further nerf from .006 to .005. Still + 100% both attack power and spellpower with close to max tox with Acquired Tolerance is great power.
Removed griffon set bonus 2 nerf from equipment module - moved to Signs Overhaul mod, where it belongs better.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul 1.11.
-
Version 40
- Synced with Enemy Scaling 1.22.13.1
Integrating Signs Overhaul 1.10.2
Fixed a bug of messed up Axii calculations with Enemy Scaling module.
Note: most of conflicts should be solved automatically by script merger, there is one binary equal file
in both GBR main file v. 40 and Enemy Scaling 1.12.13.1. "mods/axiiMods.ws"
In script merger you can either merge and simply save or ignore merging the file.
- Synced with Enemy Scaling 1.22.13.1
-
Version 39
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.10.1.
-
Version 38
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.10
-
Version 37
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.09.
Nerfed Alghoul mutagen slightly - 25% adrenaline bonus per charge.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.09.
-
Version 36
- Integrated signs Overhaul version 1.08.
Alchemy: Boosted moderately Katakan decoction to 8% crit chance gain.
Combat: Adjusted 'Attack is the Best Defense' perk. Perk cooldown lowered to 4s. Parry adrenaline gain raised to 0.2 and counter lowered to 0.3. Dodge lowered to 0.2. Now all the actions either give 0.2 or 0.3 adrenaline. Because of constant cooldown there is no point in big differences of adrenaline gain depending on action type.
Equipment: Runeword Replenishment adrenaline cost adjustments. Depending on sign type the cost varies between 0.25 and 0.4 adrenaline points now. To reflect the efficiency of infusion effect.
- Integrated signs Overhaul version 1.08.
-
Version 35
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.07.
Balanced Alghoul decoction to make it worth using. Starts with 100% adrenaline gain bonus on combat. Then drops by 33% on every hit or 20s passed. Slightly strengthened Ekimma decoction on levels < 30.
- Integrated Signs Overhaul version 1.07.
-
Version 34
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.06.
-
Version 33
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.05.
-
Version 32
- Balanced griffon decoction: now it adds resistance multiplicatively instead of additively. 3% per one hit, up to 36%.
Balanced and fixed Ekimma decoction. Life leech percentage depends on player level. Will no longer leech more life than the enemy had vitality or essence left.
Switched rows of skills: Heightened Tolerance and Refreshment. Slightly boosted Refreshment - by 20%.
NOTE: If you want to be balance friendly according to this change, reset your skill points and build up Geralt again :).
Most of in game UI descriptions updated with unlocalised strings.
- Balanced griffon decoction: now it adds resistance multiplicatively instead of additively. 3% per one hit, up to 36%.
-
Version 31
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.04.
-
Version 30
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.03.
-
Version 29
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.02.
-
Version 28
- Integrated Signs Overhaul mod version 1.01
-
Version 27
- Igni Pyromaniac rework. The skill now gives burning effect significant bonus.
-
Version 26
- Signs overhaul continuation. Balance and more scaling.
Balance adjustments for Aard, Magical Sensibilities and Conductors of Magic. Aard damages are increased. Mutations are slightly nerfed.
Scaling with player level added for Supercharged Glyphs and Quen Discharge. Supercharged Glyphs also scaling with spellpower. Quen Discharge received also constant nerf by dividing returned damage by 1.5f in case of alternate cast which allows many hits to take. Bear set mutation multiplier reduced from 3 to 2 for Quen Discharge damage.
- Signs overhaul continuation. Balance and more scaling.
-
Version 25
- Updated in game UI descriptions for Runeword Replenishment.
- Nerfed a bit griffon full set bonus parameters (inside yrden).
-
Version 24
- Sign module further overhaul. Mostly per level scaling major development.
Aard:
force wave damage skill scaling with both player's level and skill level
frost aard damage scaling with level, although initial one reduced
Igni:
fire damage scaling with level thus greatly increased, fire resistances
lowered, but also slightly lowered burning chance and
weakened base cast burn effect
Yrden:
lowered by about 20% shock damage
Quen:
Slightly increased quen alt cast healing factor.
Slightly increased quen base cast shield hp per player level gain.
Toned down critical sign damage mutation. Disabled annoying critical firestream hud and floating over victim messages flood, by switching them off for Igni direct fire damage.
Mutation 1 (half of sword damage to signs) greatly nerfed for Yrden shock damage to avoid exploit with increased Yrden shock damage.
UI descriptions in game added for most changed stuff.
- Sign module further overhaul. Mostly per level scaling major development.
-
Version 23
- Decided to change the form of this mod to balance overhaul/repair.
Version 23:
- integrated Improved Axii mod
- integrated Crossbow Damage Boost and Balance mod
- merged optional resistances file into main file
- added Yrden Shock damage scaling with Geralt level (Yrden shock is also nerfed on low levels like <10, because it was too strong then)
- added Quen Explosion damage scaling with Geralt level
- Euphoria mutation percentage/factor reduced from 75% to 60%.
- Decided to change the form of this mod to balance overhaul/repair.
-
Version 22
- - Slightly toned down Yrden slowdown, by extending the scale from 300% spellpower to 400%. The max slowdown remains 60%.
- Removed Quen Explosion damage adjustment to keep the mod compatible with http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1768/?
- - Slightly toned down Yrden slowdown, by extending the scale from 300% spellpower to 400%. The max slowdown remains 60%.
-
Version 21
- Yrden slowdown max value raised from 45% to 60%. I saw a lot of controversy around Yrden nerf from some vanilla version. And surely 45% is too little. I think 60% is something fair. I see that most of the Yrden mods are outdated, so entering in that field to.
-
Version 20
- Fixed Leshen mutagen, so it returns reasonable damage
-
Version 19
- Increased the damage from Quen Explosion as it still balances on the edge of negligible damage
-
Version 18
- Improved Quen balance. After previous Quen changes, actually I bugged something else. So had to do that more thoroughly. So current Quen rebalance summary is:
- damage resistances above 30% halved when Quen is active
- persistent Quen healing factor reduced by about 50%
- quen shield (both variants) gets now stronger with Geralt's level - up to 50% increase on level 100
- Exploding Shield damage scales now with level maintaing very low damage, but not as it was 3-12 damage, so nothing except early levels
- persistent quen now absorbs all damage when it breaks (like basic cast), but the healing amount is reduced by the not absorbed damage.
- Improved Quen balance. After previous Quen changes, actually I bugged something else. So had to do that more thoroughly. So current Quen rebalance summary is:
-
Version 17
- Quen small post-balance after nerf about medium and heavy armors - increased basic quen shield HP by 25% and channeled quen by 10%.
-
Version 16
- Moved the Aard per level resistance nerf for NG+ out. It will be in a separate optional file.
-
Version 15
- Gourmet perk is now reasonable. Food effect lasts 30 seconds.
-
Version 14
- - Balanced Rend skill. In vanilla it gives constant critical chance bonus regardless of attack powering up time. Now the critical chance bonus is proportional to the powering up time. Also increased the max damage bonus from stamina from 50% to 75%.
- Small Whirl balance - uses a bit more stamina. +20% compared to vanilla and stamina cost reduction per skill level lowered from 10% to 8%.
- Balanced Quen with high damage resistances. It was very overpowered then. Adjusted it in a way that if there is a quen active and it is going to absorb damage, the resistance is formula is as follows. If the resistance is < 30%, it remains as it. If the resistance is greater than 30%, the surplus is divided by 2. So with 100% resistance, the quen active resistance would be 65%. This way quen is not that overpowered with heavy armors.
- - Balanced Rend skill. In vanilla it gives constant critical chance bonus regardless of attack powering up time. Now the critical chance bonus is proportional to the powering up time. Also increased the max damage bonus from stamina from 50% to 75%.
-
Version 13
- Sligthly reduced the strength of crabspider mutagen poition from 30% to 25% extra damage resist
- Very slightly reduced giffon school perk sign increase from 7.5% to 7% per armor part
-
Version 12
- - Increased the range of Glyphword Explosion from 2 meters to 3.
- - Reduced the force resist per level of human NPCs in NG+ to the NG values. Aard was too weak in NG+ because of that.
- - Balanced Protective Coating skill to be stronger with weak armors and not so overpowered with strong armors.
- - Balanced Griffon mutagen poition. Now it gives 2% damage resistance after each hit to max 20% (vanilla 1% and 25%).
-
Version 11
- Cat Gloves change from attack power to critical chance extended for NG+
-
Version 10
- Fixed utterly stupid logic of crabspider mutagen poition. Now it simply gives extra 30% damage reduction regardless of current Geralt's damage reduction. So if Geralt has 0% damage reduction of given type, he will have 30%. If Geralt has 70% damage reduction, he will have 70% + 30% * (1 - 70%) = 79%. That way the potion has equal effect regardless armor type and encumbrance.
-
Version 1.22.14.1
- Integrated Enemy Scaling version 1.22.14
NOTE: Damage dealt to Geralt normalization feature is now greatly improved and no longer OP for lower damage resistances. I still kept the setting off by default, because it may have side effect of reducing overall difficult, but it is now much more balance friendly.
- Integrated Enemy Scaling version 1.22.14
-
Version 1.22.13.2
- Enemy Scaling version 1.22.13.2
Fixed Polish translations.
Removed axiiMods.ws file - this module requires signs overhaul (in main file) anyway.
