Update of Update: I fixed my fix. Quest should now work properly. Please update your optional fix file to 1.21.1 sorry for any inconveniences, I didn't test the first fix enough, that one's on me. ----- UPDATE: Fixed it, deinstall my mod and install the Optional File and youre good to go for Blood and Wine and Grandmaster Gear ----- Not 100% sure but: So as it turns out, my way of doing the xml edits screwed with the Blood and Wine Expansion in advance. Every Savefile that had any of my Schematics picked up will turn out to be bugged for Grandmaster Witchergear. I'll probably work on a fix but this will take a while. I'll need to copy all the newly added xml edits to be a standalone edit and not interfere with the ones I made to the xmls before or else you can't craft Grandmaster Witchergear, it'll always turn out as Mastercrafted with higher stats.
Any chance this mod will be updated to have higher level grandmaster sets? I started Blood & Wine at lvl 70 and the grandmaster sets are level 70 so I've quickly outleveld them. Current level cap is 99.
It probably will, as I did this mod for myself in the first place. When I get around to a high level after B&W I'll probably update the mod to make the Grandmaster Armors higher Level. But don't expect that to happen within the next or so week.
My Geralt is at level 69 and also the enemies in the game, but I'm in normal NG so this mod would be really handy to me. There's a way to make it work also in normal game? I apologize in advance for the trouble.
Unfortunatly not, all the edits I made are in the items_plus folder. As far as I can tell the game does not load any of these items or stats if you are not in a NG+.

I never actually used his mod ingame so I don't know if it works as intened in Blood and Wine but I doubt it. There will be the same problems as with my Edits. Also, as this is not my mod I can't really offer any support to fix it.
I do not know if this bug occurs because of the mod, but before the BW I used the mod with the ursine set, and soon after the update even with the fix you provided and desisntaling the mod, the grandmaster ursine set shows the bonus as 0/6, and when the set is in the inventory shows -4/6, and only on the ursine.
Hm, I can't think of a reason why this would occur because of my mod. Did you pick up any schematics for the Grandmaster Armor before installing the fix and deinstalling the mod? If so, you might want to readd the Schematics for the grandmaster armor thru the DebugConsole or add a "new" piece of the Armor with the Console. Does that work? Please let me know.
I love the concept - would it be possible to add other stats to the armour, or change them around a bit? I'd love to see someone play around with those.
In theory yes, it should be possible to mix and match different stats and abillities from different armors and change around abillities and stats, but I tried to keep it balanced with these sets. I looked at the progression in stats between various tiers from these armors and applied changes to the stats that should be in line with vanilla stat-differences between the tiers (and levels) of witchergear available in the basegame.
I had to look back on my own gear and compare it to the stats on yours, couldn't believe vanilla was so high. True, it's in line with vanilla stat differences, I was just shocked at how high the stats were already. Great mod, I think I'll give it a go now
Edit: Tried to load it up, merged really well, only problem is I get infinite loading screen when I fast travel to White Orchard. I'll try to find a way around it.
Edit Edit: Reinstalled, merged correctly; still nothing. Didn't want to get rid of my other mod so I used console to give myself the diagrams and voila! Stat change was very slight yet it is something to look forward to. Currently a must-have mod for me, thank you very much for this
If you are still having loading-issues with White Orchard you could consider switching to the TreasureHunt version, you should keep the diagrams and the shop in white orchard should be causing no more problems as it simply isnt edited at all in the treasurehunt version. Also, I'm glad you like the mod.
@stevetr1 - I would consider that had I not found the diagrams already. I don't really feel like looking for them all again, and this time without quest markers too
Thank you so much for making this. This is something I wanted to do myself, but I have no idea how to make mods or do anything like this, and I'm horrible with procrastinating.
First of all thanks to this Mod love it if possible can you also change the stat of the temerian, niflguardian, and undvik armor for high level? i tried to mod but dont know what files to uncook.
You would need to uncook the DLC files, as I dont know which ones you'd probably have to uncook all of them. Tho DLC10 is the wolven armor so you can leave out that one. I might look into doing these armors if I happen to wear them at some point, but as I dont by now and editing these files takes alot of time this might not happen soon.

If they don't work, try them without quotation marks. I don't have time to test right now, currently reinstalling all my files due to a nasty bug.
I might look into doing these armors if I happen to wear them at some point, but as I dont by now and editing these files takes alot of time this might not happen soon.
