To anyone with experience in W3 modding, who's interested in working on this mod:
I have an updated model for the head that I never got around to make into a newer version of the mod. It's sculpted and textured entirely from scratch based on Vesemir from Witcher 1. The problem is - for whatever reason I can't cook it all back into the game in a way that works. If anybody is interested in completing a newer version of this mod (specifically - doing the technical side of modding) using this brand new model and publishing it - it's under "Miscellaneous" section, called "Vesemir's Face v1.5a". As of right now, this mod is abandonware but feel free to drop me a message if you have questions regarding the Miscellaneous files
New render and an old screengrab from Substance Painter:
I know I'm late, but I just came back to TW3 and installing mods. meshloddistancescale ist already on 10 (because other mods changed it) and it still melts. Only thing that helped was this Lip Movement mod. After scenes the face still melts but just for half a second.
Great! Face looks way more intimidating, and the recolored armor is much better than the original, vanilla one (which is a bit clownish when it comes to colors, imho)
Works in Next Gen, too; any chance for an upscaled, 4K version to match the resolution of the other textures in the game?
Funny thing is that in the lore he looks like he's middle aged at worse. Witchers apparently completely stop aging once reaching full physical maturity in the lore.
Greetings! Modular Eyes has a long-awaited addition affecting other witchers, could you make additional options for the texture of the face with veins? It would be great!
Truly amazing work brother Granted i thought the W1 face was much worse than W3's, which I liked very much, but as you gloriously proved could be much more predator-like and bad-ass In short you put CDPR to shame (especially for someone who claims is not even that good with these things) Thank you for this mod!!!
