No, he's right. Go into the area where the Allgod is, there are a ton of candles in this location and it butchers the performance, like 30fps bad. Disabling this mod goes back up to 60fps. The candles look great, but unfortunately don't seem well-optimized for performance.

Go for it if you have the overhead, but be warned if you don't.
