   Thanks for this mod and for the tutorial on how to make xml changes.
   I made a similar mod myself and included grandmaster set, swords, ng+.

   Never fear guys! I figured it out and will be uploading (in a day or 2) a NG+ version of gryphon and bear swap as well as CAT and BEAR swap and there may be a CAT and Gryphon swap if you're all real nice!

      It works, it's change only stats of the armor, not name.

   Thank you so much for creating this! I've been looking for something exactly like this but don't know much about modding Witcher 3. Ursine armor is the best looking school gear in the game in my opinion but the stats don't fit my play style so this is the perfect solution. Works on the current patch as of June 2018

   Thanks for making this mod. I can't stand how gigollo the griffin set looks but has great stats for sign users. I'll definitely use it once you up the NG+ support.

   Very nicely done! Especially thanks for the instructions you provided. I will try to build a mod to change the stats on NG+ items.
   
   EDIT: I did it! With your guide and some previous XML editing in other games, it was quick and easy

       I'm still looking for a catchy name. This mod changes Bear to Griffin as well as Griffin to Bear. Suggestions are welcome.
