   It's working on directx12 too. I tried with lower graphics, but don't know if tweak to high work or not.
   
   Guide:
   So after you already tweak the graphics. On Witcher 3 where's there's save file and user setting. Just copy user.settings(the directx11) paste somewhere else or just paste on desktop. 
   
   After that delete dx12user.settings and bak or backup but don't worry even you delete it will regenerate new one.
   
   Change user.settings(directx11) the one you paste somewhere else to dx12user.settings. Then put the Witcher 3 directory.

   This mod works fine with the next gen update so don't worry about using it (I've checked it).

   Will this be compatible with the next gen update coming in Dec 2022?
   
   I see all the talk of amazing graphic improvements and I'm getting pretty worried, I still need to finish Blood and Wine.

   Hi!
   I run this program and it working and i use the tutorial how to set settings in there, but on my graphic card GeForce 9800 GT (512MB) even on lowest settings The Witcher 3 hasn't run.
   Can someone do the list or can help me how to set to run this game on my pc?
   CPU: Inter Core2 Quad CPU Q8300 2.50GHz
   4 GB RAM - 2x2GB
   NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT (Memory 512 MB; Memory Speed 900 MHz; Memory Bus 256 Bit; Memory Type GDDR3;
   Memory Bandwidth 57.6GB/sec; L2 Cache 0KB)

      Your GPU do not support DirectX 11 Games. That's the only problem here to make it run.

      Really?? Did you even read the link you post says in the first sentence card only supports directX 10 or lower! and your comp spec are to low to play a game like this time to upgrade!
