my new saves patch 1.31, requires all 17 dlcs + 2 expansions installed (Heart of Stone and Blood and Wine)
TRISS OR YEN NOT DEFINED ROMANCE, but almost all secondary quests completed, explored maps, done it all contracts, treasures etc... (85%)
I left it as late as possible for the definition of the triss-yen romance, note that for Triss's case, all her romance missions would fail if you had rescued Dandelion in Novigrad and pursued the main campaign with yennefer in Skellige
You have two options saves, one without and another completed Heart Stone expansion (final Odin defeated by geralt)
From now on you should choose between the two ladies, or eat both, or fuck nothing, good game xD

This is my saves games this wonderful game, if someone need perhaps useful to you

important stages of the game and steps that carries influences and consequences,

(save game 97% complete):
*MAIN quest = 85% completed
*SIDEQUESTS, maps exploration AND contracts = 98% completed (not include Heart Stone expansion, except if choice "save .F" )

REQUIREMENT:

1. your game need update PATCH 1.12 or above (save games A, B or C)

2. AND EXPANSION HEART OF STONE (if choose the saves D,F, and G)

ps: this saves have only with Yennefer romance, for now, "SAVE .A" before main quests Kaer Morhen, so if you want you can even fuck Yen more one again (before quest hilarius chat of drunks witchers)

in future I will make another save with Triss

for now at the time just did a type of ending (spoiler: Ciri as witch), but if you choose the save game A, B or specially C, you can change the course of history of the game when you want, and choose the best option that will change the end of the game

 SAVE GAME .C (spoiler: save game in Kaer Morhen, during the little war of snowballs with Ciri), this stage ir most important of game, because a simple choice, to take Ciri or not for the emperor, can change her fate definitely in final game, if you want more details or spoilers dialogues choices, then recommend reading sites with walktroughs and videos

one of the advantages of these saves are the side quests and contracts almost complete, so you will be able to enjoy the end of the main campaign quickly without bothering to do many sides quests

you will see that 99% of sides quests is already completed, as well as 99% of the exploration of maps (Skellige, Kaer Morhen and Velen / Novigrad) and treasures have been collected, as well as all witchers (wolf, bear, cat and griffon) sets diagrams have also completed
