I had a look at your creation and I can see that a lot of thought and effort must have gone into making this. My problem is that ModKitchen provides a very easy way to uncook, export, cook and pack mods with very little knowledge of the raw commands needed to achieve this. In other words, it provides a lot of convenient automation that does not seem to be present with yours. But instead, yours rely on people having a deeper understanding of each step in the process, which makes it a confusing tool for a dummy like me to use.
I'm not being hostile, just genuinely curious. I only do basic modding and so far Modkitchen worked perfectly. This is why I asked. Guess I can just go ahead and try it out...
Just saw this tool.I am looking for something similar,a tool which can pack new bundle files against the rules of wcc_lite.I want to add new weapons to the game. For that you have to modify the xmls you need and add your templates to the whole unpacked game folder. Then you would need to repack the whole game folder, and you would have a modified Witcher 3.Then it would give the possibilty to use those templates for new mods. But if you want to repack the whole modified uncooked game direction with added templates, the wcc_lite tool refuses to create this bundle,as it doesnt recognize the new templates from its own known sources. So if someone could use a tool like that just for once, the wcc_lite should recognize the new bundle after that.Would you be able, just from your skills to create something like that? Or is it even possible?QuickBMS doesnt help with that. Thanks in advance,Greetings
Have you checked this thread on CDPR: http://forums.cdprojektred.com/threads/56702-Repacking-uncooked-xml-files-with-Mod-tools-Mod-How-to-Need-explanation!
Yes,actually I started that one some time ago.But it doesnt give necessary answers.Fact is,wcc_lite can not achieve what I`m planning to do,so I need something else
