Version 1.2 looks fantastic. Just a quick question. I changed the border to 0 in the SweetFX.cfg file to get rid of the black bars, but the bars remain. Any thoughts as to why it didn't change it?
hey there =) Well some minor changes to atmosphere. I have included a not too bright version. for both with AL and without AL. some performance tweaks. Now you can switch dof on and off by pressing F12 =)
well visual immersion overhaul includes the immersive cameras and effects. this one is just a Cinematic preset full of effects that look nice in my opinion but are heavy on the system. VIO's presets look more like vanilla while these ones completely change the feel I guess =)
Hello, I just realized you're the same one who did the Improved Signs mod, good job on both! This reshade is amazing, it's exactly what I was looking for and exactly how I think I'd reshade the game if I could make heads and tails out of modding I'm having an issue though, but I'm not sure if it has to do with the mod, it involves gamma in dark areas, it was really bad at first, then I realize the difference it made to adjust it, looks a lot better now, but often when I start the game the gamma is completely different from what was settled before, and I have to readjust it again every now and then, have you heard of this before? P.S.: Oh yes, and also as feedback, I usually think my mind is playing tricks, but have you toned down the bloom? I'd have to compare images one across the other to be sure and to know which I prefer really.
I made a video of your preset. I will give you a link soon. Lunayah i have a question....how many FPS do you get with this preset? I am getting 50 -55 FPS with gtx 980 SLI ( both overclocked 1480mhz). Is it normal?? If so this preset kicks ass.....But I must say, it looks amazing....
Im glad you like it, the preset does drain a lot of fps. you could do a few things to gain performance. the preset has everything on nearly highest quality mayb cranking those qualities down could give back some fps. =) and dude thanks for making a video =D I will post the things you need to do for better performance soon. Im not sure of my fps but the video shows more or less. I like making so the presets are what you see is what you get. No screen archery. =)
hey! the upcoming update will mainly focus on improving performance. I wil also further tweak some of the settings in order to achieve a nicer more natural feel =). Will upload a video I made soon =)
I currently use your file from yesternight (don`t know if another update is here) and no longer the Cinema Hardline.
It works just PERFECT together with the now bloom-shader enhanced Silent Hill like foggy weather and the darker nights
Excuse the low resolution but my GPU gets currently up to 91° C because of a thermal paste problem (I am sure they used the most cheap and most worthless thermal paste on the marked back than during production), I can no longer go on high resolutions otherwise the framerate drops down to unplayable 5 frames because of overheating. Untill this Laptop is repaired. But low resolution screenshots are better than no screenshots isn`t it?
Such a great shader.... I would HIGHLY recommend setting GrassDensity=4800 and GrassGenerationEfficiency=0.015 in the user.settings config if you want a really really dense and thick vegetation like on these screenys. (FoliageDistanceScale=1.0 and FoliageShadowDistanceScale=16 and GrassRingSize=4194304 can be altered too for even better vegetation, but these are vanilla values).
haha I also like Bloom it makes things look magical. are you using the ingame built in sharperner? if so you should turn it off and also the lightshaft so the image dont look like too oversharp an bright. either way I will reupload a performance version soon and a color neutral version as well best wishes and happy new year =D

But what's the difference between cinematic remake and visual immersion overhall ?
and can we move the camera in game to many positions ?
But I miss your DOF effect. Could you tell me how I can Combined all together ?
