A little late to the 10-year anniversary, but here is a new quest for you all. I hope you like it! :)
10 years ago, when I played Witcher 3 for the 1st time, I felt that at a certain point, Dandelion and Zoltan could have been utilized more.
Spoilers below:
That point is, during Final Preparations. So the idea has now finally turned into this small quest. Well, it actually has quite long scenes. ;)
The following conditions are needed for the Quest:
If you set sail to Skellige with Avallach and co, before completing this, this quest will fail.
The quest was made by me alone using Redkit, with what time I could afford and this is where I got with it. So, of course it's an unofficial DLC, but I tried to keep it lore friendly.
This uses DLC Layers, so there should not be conflicts.
Installation:
Place "moddandelionsballad" to Mods -folder and "dlcdandelionjh1" to dlc -folder in Witcher 3 main directory. Can be installed mid playthrough.
About the voices:
They are mostly done with AI, except Zoltan and a few other characters use existing lines. This of course limits the possibilities of what eg. Zoltan can say, as there are only a few lines.. Geralt and Dandelion are fully AI voiced using different voices. Check the trailer for the quality.
So.. Yeah, this game has amazing voice actors, which cannot be matched by me in terms of quality. (Making AI models from original voices is prohibited by CDPR)

- You must have NOT gone to Skellige to face The Wild Hunt. This quest takes place before that.
- You need to have completed Carnal Sins.
- You need to do all the Final preparations, except the Lodge talk. (you can do it too)

- At the moment, subs and voices are english only.
- Depending if you choose theatrical or cabaret style, for the remainder of the quest, only cabaret will be shown when this quest is active. Everything returns to normal, after the quest is completed or failed.
- Radish lipsync was very much used! Thanks to rmemr for that. Also thanks to mikniem and Sieelelushen for good tips.
- Only 1 vanilla layer was edited, as it was a needed “bugfix”. This one: novigrad\\communities\\novigrad_brothel_district\\interiors.w2l
