Optimized how the horse spawning work when without the bracelet.

Version 1.3
Reworked the mechanic of the bracelet. Now you have to read Yennefer's note to unlock summoning the horse via portals( otherwise you won't know what's it for). Also the bracelet can be transferred to the Stash, in this case, the horse won't be teleported through a portal, and it can't be called if it's far away from Geralt.
Now the mod can be turned off via the DLC toggle. In this case, all behaviors will be reverted to vanilla.
Slightly adjusted the icon of the bracelet.
Fixed some minor issues.
Now when loading an old save, the bracelet and the note will be automatically added to Geralt's inventory if the quest that Yennefer meets Geralt in the Palace is finished.
