I'm on my 3rd playthrough of this game ultra settings 60 fps. I install your mod and now I have to wait 10 seconds to enter conversations, between dialog options, and to exit conversations.
This is the first mod I'm installing in 15 hours of seamless gameplay, so it's definitely your mod causing this.
Install it again if you want. Just disable some of the useless DLC Outfits from in game menu. I'm using this + 70 other mods and I have no issue. You problem usually comes from a mod limit.
