Uninstallation:
The Witcher 3 Mod Manager or delete from Mods folder manually
Incompatibilities:
For the bag removal only mods that change i_01_mg__elven.w2mesh which is the belt portion, so not much.
For the elbowguard removal anything that touches t_01a_mg__elven.w2mesh or t_01_mg__elven.w2mesh is going to be incompatible.
